Wintrust Paint the Town Red (“Sponsor”) Official Sweepstakes Rules

1. NO PURCHASE OR BANK TRANSACTION NECESSARY TO ENTER. A purchase or transaction does not increase your chances of winning. Need not be a customer of Wintrust Financial Corporation to enter; becoming a customer will not increase your chances of winning. Void where prohibited.    

2. Eligibility: Sweepstakes is open to those 18 and over. Sweepstakes not open to residents of FL, NY, or RI. Employees of Wintrust Financial Corporation, its affiliates, and their relatives are not eligible to participate.

3. To enter: Sweepstakes begins on 4/1/2025 and ends on 4/27/2025 (‘sweepstakes period’). Participants may visit wintrust.com/red during the sweepstakes period to submit one (1) sweepstakes entry. Or, to enter the sweepstakes without obligation, complete the entry form with all requested information and mail to 9700 W. Higgins Rd., Ste. 550, Rosemont, IL 60018 by 11:59 p.m. on 4/27/2025. Not responsible for late entries. One entry per form; limit 1 entry per person.

4. Prizes: One prize will be awarded by Wintrust Community Banks. Winner will receive one Chicago Fire red home kit, two tickets to the May 10 Chicago Fire game at Soldier Field, and a pregame on-field experience with an estimated retail value of $300. Tickets will be delivered via email and the jersey will be delivered via mail to the address provided upon sweepstakes entry.

5. Prize restrictions: Prizes are non-transferable. Federal, state and local taxes, and any expenses relating to the acceptance and use of the prize not specified, are the sole responsibility of the winner. The estimated retail value of each prize is $300; and prize is not IRS 1099-INT reportable. Winners may make no substitution/transfer of prize. Limit one (1) prize per person. Major League Soccer, L.L.C. (“MLS”) game, event, and exhibition dates and times are determined in the sole discretion of MLS and/or the applicable MLS team, as applicable, and may be subject to change. Exact seat locations will be determined by Chicago Fire Football Club, LLC (“Club”). The terms and conditions of the tickets awarded as prizes will govern in the event a game, event or exhibition, as defined by MLS, is not played due to weather, an Act of God, an act of terrorism, civil disturbance, work stoppage or any other reason.  Winner and his/her guest(s) agree to comply with all applicable stadium regulations in connection with a Prize.  MLS, Soccer United Marketing, LLC (“SUM”) and Club reserve the right to remove or deny entry to a winner and/or his/her guest(s) who engage(s) in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person at any game, event or exhibition.  Released Parties (as defined above) will not be responsible for weather, Acts of God, acts of terrorism, civil disturbances, work stoppage or any other event that may cause the cancellation or postponement of any MLS game, event or exhibition

6. Drawing: 5/1/2025. Prizewinner will be determined from entries. Determination will be conducted at 9700 W. Higgins Rd., Ste. 550, Rosemont, IL 60018.

7. Odds: Odds of being selected as a sweepstakes winner will depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

8. Winner Notification/Prize Awards: Winner will be notified by phone by 5/3/2025 and do not need to be present to win. Winner may need to submit information confirming their eligibility. Upon notification, the selected winner has 72 hours to claim a prize. After 72 hours without a response, the prize may be considered unclaimed. Unclaimed prizes will not be awarded to alternate winners. For a complete list of winners, please mail a self-addressed stamped envelope to 9700 W. Higgins Rd., Ste. 550, Rosemont, IL 60018.

9. Additional Terms: By participating, entrants agree: 1) the decision of the Sponsor shall be final in all respects; 2) to release, discharge and hold harmless Sponsor and its respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, and employees from any liability, claims, or damages arising out of their participation in the sweepstakes, and the acceptance, use, misuse, or possession of any prize. By accepting a prize, winners agree to, where legal, the use of their names and/or likenesses for advertising and publicity purposes without additional compensation or consideration.

By participating, each entrant further agrees to (i) be bound by these official rules, including all entry requirements, and (ii) waive, release and forever discharge the Club, Sponsor, MLS, SUM, Pro Soccer Development, LP (“MLSNP”), and Player Development, LLC (“PDEV”, and together with MLS, SUM, and MLSNP, the “MLS Entities”), Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and each of their respective parents, affiliated companies, subsidiaries, licensees, distributors, dealers, retailers, printers, representatives and advertising and promotion agencies, and any and all other companies associated with the sweepstakes, and all of their respective officers, members, managers, owners, directors, employees, agents and representatives (collectively, “Released Parties”) from and against any and all claims, costs, damages, liabilities, obligations, expenses and fees (including reasonable attorneys’ and experts’ fees and costs) arising from any injury, damage, theft or other loss that may occur, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, (x) from the participation in the sweepstakes, (y) from the receipt or use of the prize and (z) to any part of the prize after receipt by the winner. By entering the sweepstakes, entrants agree to assign all right, title, and interest, including copyright rights, in their entry to Sponsor and grant permission for Sponsor, the Released Parties and their respective designees to publish or publicize all or part of their entry, including but not limited to entrant’s name, likeness and submission, in whole or in part, for advertising, promotional and trade or other purposes in conjunction with this and similar promotions in any and all media now known or hereafter developed, worldwide in perpetuity, without notice or permission and without further compensation, except where prohibited by law.

10. Limitations of Liability: Sponsor is not responsible for the printing of or typographical errors in any sweepstakes-related materials or for entries that are lost due to computer or electronic malfunction. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the sweepstakes if fraud or technical failures compromise the integrity of the sweepstakes as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.

12. Email Marketing: By entering, you acknowledge Wintrust and its affiliates may send you news, event information, and marketing communications via email. You can, at any time and free of charge, choose not to receive those email communications by clicking on the unsubscribe link within the email, or by opting out at wintrust.com/privacy. Opting out of receiving email communications will not affect your chances of winning.
