The i-BusinessBanking™ preview period will allow you early access to learn the ins-and-outs of your new digital banking platform. You’ll be able to do things like customize your alerts, add and change users, view reports, and more. 


Important to note, changes you make to your business online banking profile during the preview period will transfer over during migration weekend, which means you’ll be able to operate business as usual April 28. Here’s what you’ll need to do for a seamless conversion:

In your current business online banking profile:

  • Print out statements, check images, deposit tickets, and external account transfer details from online banking, as well as payees and any future recurring payments in Bill Pay.
    • Any information prior to January 1, 2025, will not be converted.
      • Please securely store this information as you would any other financial records according to your company’s data retention policy.
    • ACH and Wire Origination history will not be converted. It is recommended to export your transaction history from the Activity Center.
  • Complete a final transaction download into your Quicken and QuickBooks products, and then deactivate your accounts with Macatawa Bank, if applicable.
  • Any changes you made to your online banking profile after March 21 will not automatically convert.

  • Starting April 14, log into i-BusinessBanking™ during the preview period to validate and make changes to your profile (add new users or modify existing users, establish alerts, etc.).
    • The first time you log into i-BusinessBanking™, you will be prompted to verify/update your phone number and email address.
    • User guides and training videos about i-BusinessBanking™ can be found on the business conversion page.
  • Sign up for an i-BusinessBanking™ training webinar.
  • Watch the training videos to learn about the features and benefits of i-BusinessBanking™ and your other Treasury services.2
  • For Remote Deposit Capture2 (RDC) Customers: Sign up for training with the Macatawa Implementation Team and upgrade your RDC software.

  • Log in to i-BusinessBanking™ to ensure your changes have converted over from the preview period.
  • Download i-BusinessBanking™ mobile to your personal device by searching for “iBB @ Macatawa Bank".
  • Establish Bill Pay alerts, as well as eStatement enrollment and account nicknames. Verify email address, bill pay funding account, and payees.
    • Instructions can be found in the i-BusinessBanking™ (iBB) user guide, page 13.
    • Re-establish any recurring ACH and wire transactions and internal transfer instructions to be effective as of April 29, 2025.
    • Instructions can be found in the ACH user guide, page 3, and Wire Transfer user guide, page 7.
  • If applicable, connect your Macatawa Bank account to your Quicken and QuickBooks products.
  • Locate Wintrust affiliate banks near your office, home, or vacation destination by visiting wintrust.com/findus.

When will Macatawa Bank, N.A. systems be updated?

We will be open our normal business hours on Friday, April 25, 2025. Your accounts will be upgraded to the new system after closing on Friday, providing you with more account options and services. Please also be aware
that we will be making changes to the website. Because of this, intermittent
outages may occur beginning Friday night and lasting through the weekend.
For assistance, please call the bank directly.

No. You can continue to use your current Macatawa Bank checks and you will no longer need deposit slips, but we can continue to support your tickets as needed. When you need to place a new order, please contact your branch.

Will there be any changes to my periodic statement?

Will there be any changes to my periodic statement?

Statements produced beginning April 26, 2025, will reflect the updated bank logo for your Macatawa Bank, N.A. bank account. While the design of the statement will be somewhat different from your previous statements, it will contain comparable information. Each statement will include the front side of cleared checks and deposit tickets posted during the statement period (if the image is available). Images will be printed in three columns and up to six rows per statement page. Any combined statement relationships will convert.

Yes. However, we will waive the paper statement fee for most business accounts for the first 120 days. Please see the Guide to Business Accounts for information on your specific account type.

All original checks must contain the endorsement “For remote deposit only, Macatawa Bank, N.A.”
