1. Meet or Beat. If Elavon is unable to meet or beat the merchant’s current processing rate(s), merchant will receive a $750 Visa® Rewards card, limit one per merchant, regardless of the number of business locations. To qualify, merchant must show a minimum of $100,000 annually in Visa® and Mastercard® volume as supported by payment processing statements dated within the previous 6 months. Please allow 6 to 8 weeks for receipt of Visa® Rewards card. The following business types are excluded from this offer: existing Elavon customers, franchise locations under corporate pricing program, association members, warehouse pricing, Square pricing, payment facilitator or aggregator pricing, health care patient payment pricing, government or not for profit pricing, petroleum, and relationship pricing exceptions (i.e., below cost). Elavon compatible processing software/equipment is required. Noncompliant surcharge and acceptance fee programs are not eligible for this promotion. Offer may be extended, modified, or discontinued at any time without notice. The Visa® Rewards card value may be reportable as taxable income; please consult your tax advisor. 2. New Account Statement Credit. To qualify for the statement credit, merchants must open a Wintrust Community Bank Business checking account and a new Elavon Merchant Services account between January 1, 2024, and December 31, 2024 and activate their merchant services account within 30 days of account approval. To qualify, the total annual processing volume in Visa® and Mastercard® volume must to be more than $100,000 as supported by payment processing statements dated within the previous 6 months. A new merchant services account is activated by authorizing and settling a $10 minimum payment transaction. The statement credit will be applied to your Merchant Services account within 30 to 60 days of account activation. All merchant account applications are subject to underwriting and approval by Elavon. Merchant account must be open, active, processing minimums, and in good standing at the time of the statement credit is issued. Other fees may apply. Offer may be extended, modified, or discontinued at any time without notice and is subject to applicable laws, rules and regulations. Offer available only to merchants in the U.S. Elavon reserves the right in its sole discretion to modify, suspend, or terminate the promotion at any time without additional notice. 3. Talech Premium Statement Credit. Promotion valid on all newly boarded merchant accounts (MID) that sign up for a Standard or Premium talech software package, or existing customers that add a talech Standard or Premium software plan from July 1, 2024 – December 31, 2024. To qualify, new accounts (MIDs) must activate by settling a transaction using the talech software within 90 days after the approval date. An existing account must activate by settling a transaction using the talech software within 90 days after adding talech Standard or Premium. Merchant accounts must be activated and actively processing for a minimum of one week and be in an open status at the time of the promotion credit. The statement credit is made within 60 days of the merchant account meeting the required criteria. Promotion ends on December 31, 2024, and all terms and conditions will expire on March 31, 2025. Elavon reserves the right in its sole discretion to modify, suspend, or terminate the promotion at any time without additional notice. Restrictions may apply. May not be available with other offers.
