We’re proud of our diverse family, but we see these numbers as a starting point. Through several programs, like the Financial Services Pipeline (FSP) Initiative, Winning at Wintrust, and Wintrust Credit Academy, we’re taking shared responsibility at all levels to ensure our workplace fosters inclusivity and represents the diverse markets we serve. Our partnerships with organizations like the Association of Latino Professionals for All and Chicagoland Chapter National Black MBA Association help us attract minority employees seeking careers in the finance industry.
We’re lucky to have employees who give back in many different ways. One of the biggest voluntary contributions they make is through our BRGs, with 600+ self-registered members. Our BRGs were created out of employee interest, are completely employee-led with executive mentorship, and bring people together from all areas of Wintrust.
The Leadership Coaltion’s mission is to cultivate an inclusive, holistic, safe leadership network to empower leaders, grow leadership talent, and embrace and lead change.
The Career Navigation BRG is committed to helping employees find their way at Wintrust by empowering them with career resources to help discover opportunities and navigate the company dynamics.
The Multicultural Professionals Network mission is to cultivate meaningful connections and foster a culture of belonging across Wintrust by enhancing cultural and affinity awareness and providing opportunities for professional and personal development.
Prism is a safe space designed to bring members and allies of the LGBTQ+ community together to learn, inquire, and grow while making Wintrust a more inclusive place to work and bank.
Women of Wintrust (W.O.W.) empowers women to build connections across the entire organization to support professional development and career advancement.
Our BRGs share their unique missions by creating events to help educate, inspire, and motivate other employees throughout the organization. This helps our teams form new connections, develop leadership skills, and further professional development. It’s just one of the ways our BRGs help move us forward.
