Tina Madlener is a senior mortgage originator with Wintrust Mortgage who brings 15 years of experience in the industry. She began her career in accounting at the Home Builders Association of Greater Chicago (HBAGC) and the Southtown Economist newspaper. She has always loved all aspects of real estate, and her passion for numbers and problem solving is what led her to the mortgage industry. Tina serves both the southwest suburbs of Chicago and the Gulf side of Florida from Sarasota to Fort Myers, and has also done business in many other states. She is a member of the Punta Gorda Chamber of Commerce, and a business partner of REALTORS® of Punta Gorda-Port Charlotte-North Port-DeSoto.

She prides herself on helping clients all across the spectrum, from first-time and transitional buyers to property investors and second-home buyers. She loves educating clients on the homebuying process, explaining all available options so people can make decisions that are right for their situations.
