With 35 years of experience in the mortgage business, SVP Regional Sales Manager Dean Driskill has always strived to serve all segments of various communities’ housing needs. He has spent his career working in the southeastern U.S., including Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, and Florida. He finds nothing more satisfying than helping families and individuals buy their first homes, and prides himself on connecting with clients as real people. Dean has worked in all aspects of mortgage sales and line of business management.

Dean cites his greatest recent sales accomplishment as working with a diverse group of mortgage managers and MLOs who are interested in growing into the southeast region with Wintrust Mortgage. Passionate about his work, Dean feels honored to have helped numerous people enter the industry and advance their businesses and careers. He attributes success to focusing on those around him.

He is personally invested in his own communities, contributing to ongoing hurricane relief efforts in the Fort Myers Beach area affected by Hurricane Ian, as well as being involved with United Way and the American Red Cross. He is also a member of the Mortgage Bankers Association of the Carolinas as a resident of Raleigh, North Carolina. When he’s not working, Dean enjoys playing golf, music, travel, and his family and friends.
