Norah Larke joined Wintrust in 2008, and after a decade of leading transformation change within the human resources function, was internally promoted to chief human resources officer in 2020. Norah’s leadership experience spans a variety of areas including HR operations, talent management, learning and development, talent acquisition, and diversity and inclusion. She holds an MBA from Loyola University Chicago, as well as certifications in several leadership development tools including Hogan Leadership Forecast Series, 360s, and Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI).
