Mike is Chief Information Officer for Wintrust. In this role, he is responsible for developing and implementing information technology initiatives that support Wintrust's strategic vision while improving effectiveness, service quality, and business enablement.  

Before that, he was Wintrust's Deputy Chief Information Officer, responsible for technical business delivery and enablement. Mike has also served as the Business Line Information Systems (BLIS) Officer for Banking and was the principal customer-facing role within IT for retail and commercial banking, treasury management, corporate operations, compliance, commercial and niche lending, customer relationship management (CRM), and enterprise contact center functions.

Prior to joining Wintrust Technology in 2016, Mike worked for FIRST Insurance Funding Corp., an insurance premium finance subsidiary. He began his career as a member of their marketing department and transitioned into information technology. Mike held several technical management positions at FIRST and ultimately served as Senior Vice President of Information Technology.

Mike graduated from the University of Dayton with a bachelor's degree in business administration and a minor in Communications. He holds a master's degree in information systems management and a graduate certificate in e-commerce from Loyola University Chicago.
