Jeremy Holley joined Wintrust in 2019 and currently serves as the company’s chief audit officer, reporting to the Audit Committee of the Board. In this role he oversees the Internal Audit Department and provides assurance of internal control procesWEBses for all Wintrust entities. Prior to Wintrust, Jeremy was an executive director in the audit department for another financial institution, where he led a team of audit professionals. Jeremy spent 14 years in public accounting, focused on banking and insurance clients of all sizes.

Overall, Jeremy has more than 20 years of experience leading and delivering audit and risk activities in the financial industry. He has a master’s degree in accounting and information systems and is a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) and Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA).
