Amy Yuhn joined Wintrust in February of 2025. She oversees marketing, corporate communications, and community impact, driving internal and external strategies that continue building the Wintrust family of brands and creating engagement among clients and employees across all the markets where Wintrust has a presence. 

Prior to joining Wintrust, Yuhn was head of retail and community development banking for CIBC U.S., where she oversaw the bank’s branch network and CRA strategy and execution. She previously served as chief marketing officer and head of communications for CIBC U.S., formerly The PrivateBank, and led the U.S. Corporate Communications Group for Harris Bank, now BMO.

Yuhn began her career as a journalist, working for The Associated Press and Reuters news services. She received her Bachelor of Arts in journalism from Michigan State University. Yuhn also has a Master of Science in organizational communication from Northwestern University.

Active in the community, Yuhn is on the board of directors for the Women’s Business Development Center and chairs the WBDC Fundraising Committee.
