Nancy Taub joined Wintrust Community Advantage in 2007 and is responsible for credit analysis, commercial loan administration, and customer service on loans for large capital projects, capital asset acquisitions, and working capital for a portfolio of community associations. In this role, she assumes the responsibility of the day-to-day relationship management to assure timely and accurate documentation, payout processing, and proactive solutions for Wintrust Community Advantage's clients. Before joining Wintrust, Nancy worked for 10 years in the commercial real estate industry as a financial analyst in property management, real estate syndication, and mortgage banking. Nancy earned a Bachelor of Arts in international studies with a minor in business from Bradley University. She’s a member of the annual conference and exposition committee with the Community Associations Institute (CAI) Illinois Chapter and is affiliated with the Association of Condominium, Townhouse & Homeowner Associations (ACTHA). She volunteers with Barrington School District nature lady program, Barrington Giving Day, and Relay for Life. In 2006, Nancy received the Community Banker of the Year award from Barrington Bank & Trust.
