Mary Theile joined Wintrust Community Advantage in 2003, and in her role as senior deposit services banker, she is responsible for customer service, account documentation, and administrative support for a deposit portfolio of condominium, homeowner, and townhome association clients. Prior to joining Wintrust, Mary was a realtor in the northwest suburbs; taught high school; worked as an insurance claims adjuster; and served as a teller, trainer, and personal banker at a suburban bank. In 2007, Mary received the Rising Star Award from the Community Associations Institute, and in 2008, she was recognized as Community Banker of the Year at Barrington Bank & Trust. Mary earned a Bachelor of Science in education from Northern Illinois University. She volunteers with Barrington Giving Day and is the Toys for Tots coordinator with the Community Associations Institute (CAI) Illinois Chapter. She also involved with the Association of Condominium, Townhouse & Homeowner Associations (ACTHA).
