Russ Larsen serves as Market Head for the Northwest Suburbs of Wintrust Financial Corporation.  With more than 35 years of experience working with middle market companies across the greater Chicagoland area, Russ is known for building deeply personalized client relationships and leading strategic conversations focused on growth, succession planning, and long-term success.

He earned his Bachelor of Science in Finance with an emphasis in Accounting from Northern Illinois University in 1990 and went on to complete his MBA in Marketing with a concentration in Finance from DePaul University in 1993.   

Russ is actively involved in his community, serving on the Board of Advisors for the Northern Illinois University College of Business, as a Board Member of the American Cancer Society, and of the boards of Village Bank & Trust, Barrington Bank & Trust and Schaumburg Bank & Trust. 

He and his wife, Dianne, reside in Glenview, Illinois, and are proud parents of three children.
