John has been involved with agricultural banking since 1981. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in agribusiness from University of Wisconsin-Platteville and holds additional degrees with the Cannon Financial Institute and the Graduate School of Banking at University of Wisconsin-Madison. John grew up on a fifth generation dairy farm in Mt. Hope, Wisconsin and currently lives, with his wife, in Burlington, Wisconsin. John is active in his community and serves on the board of directors for the Burlington Lions Club, Burlington Historical Society, Rewald Scholarship Fund, and the Burlington Housing Authority.
