Earl Goldman is a seasoned financial professional with over 30 years of comprehensive commercial banking experience. For more than two decades, Earl has been an integral part of Wintrust Financial Corporation, where he has significantly contributed to the company’s growth and success.

Throughout his career, Earl has developed expertise in a wide range of niche areas, including health care, commercial real estate, and business lending. His experience extends to specialized financing for registered investment advisors, showcasing his ability to tailor financial solutions to meet the unique needs of diverse client segments.

Currently, Earl serves as Executive Vice President and manages the Professional Practice Group, Business and Community Banking and Consumer Lending at Wintrust Financial Corporation. In this multifaceted role, he overseas strategic initiatives and operation functions, ensuring the delivery of high-quality financial services to clients.

Earl holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from Northern Illinois University and an MBA from Roosevelt University. Earl also serves as a Community Champion with Palatine High School’s Business Incubator Program to ensure its students have access to the business resources they need to reach their future goals.
