Kirk brings extensive experience, having led WCF’s expansion into a nationally recognized platform specializing in middle-market and large-ticket equipment finance.
He has succeeded Mike Knowles, one of WAF’s foundational leaders, who announced his retirement. Under his leadership, WAF has grown into one of the largest bank-affiliated equipment leasing and finance companies in the United States.
Additionally, Paul Hallauer has taken on the role of president and CEO of WCF, ensuring continuity and growth. Supporting the leadership team, Todd Wherry has been promoted to SVP and chief credit officer of WCF, bringing over 30 years of credit and underwriting experience to the position.
