Wintrust (“Sponsor”) Official I-94 Series Sweepstakes Rules

1. NO PURCHASE OR BANK TRANSACTION NECESSARY TO ENTER. A purchase or transaction does not increase your chances of winning. Need not be a customer of Wintrust Financial Corporation to enter; becoming a customer will not increase your chances of winning. Void where prohibited.

2. Eligibility: This sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States of America except residents of FL, NY, and RI who are age 18 or older as of May 15, 2024. Employees of Wintrust Financial Corporation, the MLB Entities, its affiliates, and their relatives are not eligible to participate. “MLB Entities” means the Office of the Commissioner of Baseball (“BOC”), its Bureaus, Committees, Subcommittees and Councils, MLB Advanced Media, L.P. (“MLB”), Major League Baseball Properties, Inc., The MLB Network, LLC, the Major League Baseball Clubs (“Clubs”), each of their parent, subsidiary, affiliated, and related entities, any entity which, now or in the future, controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with the Clubs or the BOC, and the owners, general and limited partners, shareholders, directors, officers, employees, and agents of the foregoing entities.

3. To enter: Sweepstakes begins on 5/1/2024 and ends on 5/30/2024 (‘sweepstakes period’). Participants may visit wintrust.com/rivalry during the sweepstakes period to submit 1 sweepstakes entry. Or, to enter the sweepstakes without obligation, complete the entry form with all requested information and mail to 9700 W. Higgins Rd., Ste. 550, Rosemont, IL 60018 by 11:59 p.m. on 5/30/2024. Not responsible for late entries. One entry per form; limit 1 entry per person. 

4. Prize: One prize will be awarded. Winner will receive a signed baseball from a Milwaukee Brewers player to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, two (2) tickets for winner and one (1) guest to the Milwaukee Brewers home game currently scheduled to take place on June 28, 2024, and the opportunity for winner only to deliver the ceremonial game ball at the game with an estimated retail value of $599. Tickets will be delivered via email to email address provided upon sweepstakes entry. Signed ball will be delivered via mail to address provided.

5. Prize restrictions: Prize is non-transferable. Federal, state, and local taxes, and any expenses relating to the acceptance and use of the prize not specified, are the sole responsibility of the winner. The estimated retail value of the prize is $599 and prize is not IRS 1099 reportable. Winner may make no substitution/transfer of prize. Limit 1 prize per person.

Exact nature and duration of the delivery of the game ball shall be determined in the sole discretion of Sponsor and the Milwaukee Brewers and subject to availability. Actual value of autographed item is subject to market fluctuations. No certificate of authenticity is provided by Sponsor. Item is not used. Use of any Major League Baseball game/event/exhibition ticket is subject to the standard terms, conditions, and health and safety policies applicable to the ticket; see brewers.com/ticketback for details. Seat locations at the game/event/exhibition and, unless otherwise stated in the prize description, exact game/event/exhibition date shall be determined in the sole discretion of Sponsor. Winner’s guest(s) must be of legal age of majority in his/her(their) jurisdiction(s) of residence unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Major League Baseball game/event/exhibition dates and times are determined in the sole discretion of the BOC and/or the applicable Club and may be subject to change. The terms and conditions of the tickets awarded as part of the prize will govern in the event a legal game/event/exhibition, as defined by Major League Baseball, is not played or held due to weather conditions, an act of God, an act of terrorism, civil disturbance, or any other reason. Winner and his/her guest(s) agree to comply with all applicable ballpark and venue regulations in connection with the prize; see brewers.com/ballpark for details. Sponsor and the MLB Entities reserve the right to remove or to deny entry to the winner and/or his/her guest(s) who engage in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person at the game/event/ exhibition. Sponsor and the MLB Entities will not be responsible for weather conditions; acts of God; acts of terrorism; civil disturbances; local, state, or federal regulation, order, or policy; work stoppage; epidemic, pandemic, or any other issue concerning public health or safety; or any other event outside of their control that may cause the cancellation or postponement of any Major League Baseball game/event/exhibition. Major League Baseball game/event/exhibition tickets awarded as prizes may not be resold, offered for resale, or used for any commercial or promotional purpose whatsoever. Any such resale or commercial or promotional use may result in disqualification and prize forfeiture, and may invalidate the license granted by the game/event/exhibition ticket.

6. Drawing:  6/6/2024. Prizewinners will be determined from entries. Determination will be conducted at 9700 W. Higgins Rd., Ste. 550, Rosemont, IL 60018.

7. Odds:  Odds of being selected as a sweepstakes winner will depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

8. Winner Notification/Prize Awards: Winner will be notified by phone by 6/7/2024. Winner may need to submit information confirming their eligibility. For a complete list of winners, please mail a self-addressed stamped envelope to 9700 W. Higgins Rd., Ste. 550, Rosemont, IL 60018.

9. Additional Terms: By participating, entrants agree: 1) the decision of the Sponsor shall be final in all respects; 2) to release, discharge and hold harmless Sponsor, the MLB Entities, and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, and employees from any liability, claims, or damages arising out of their participation in the sweepstakes, and the acceptance, use, misuse, or possession of the prize. By accepting the prize, winner agrees to, where legal, the use of their names and/or likenesses for advertising and publicity purposes without additional compensation or consideration.

10. Limitations of Liability: Sponsor is not responsible for the printing of or typographical errors in any sweepstakes-related materials or for entries that are lost due to computer or electronic malfunction. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the sweepstakes if fraud or technical failures compromise the integrity of the sweepstakes as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.
